Directions

Days 1–2: Take 1 capsule once daily, approximately 1 hour before a main meal.

Days 3–4: Take 1 capsule twice daily, approximately 1 hour before meals.

Day 5+: Take 2 capsules twice daily, approximately 1 hour before meals.

Take on an empty stomach with water. Do not exceed 4 capsules daily. Dosing may be adjusted based on individual tolerance and goals.
