1. What is a subscription order?
A subscription order lets you receive your favorite products on a recurring basis (e.g., weekly, monthly) without needing to place a new order each time. It’s convenient, saves time, and always saves you 10%.

2. How do I subscribe to a product?
To start a subscription:
- Go to the product page.
- Select the “Subscribe & Save” option.
- Choose your preferred delivery frequency (e.g., every 2 weeks, monthly).
- Click “Add to Cart” and complete checkout as usual.

3. Can I manage or change my subscription later?
Yes! After placing your order, you’ll receive an email with a customer portal link powered by Subi. From there, you can:
- Pause or skip deliveries
- Change delivery frequency
- Update your shipping address or payment method
- Cancel your subscription at any time

4. Do I need a customer account to manage my subscription?
While it’s not required to create a Shopify store account, we recommend doing so for quicker access. You’ll always be able to manage your subscription via the link in your confirmation email.

5. Will I be notified before each subscription renewal?
Yes. You’ll get an email reminder from us before each upcoming renewal so you can make any changes or skip the order if needed.

6. Can I cancel my subscription anytime?
Absolutely! There are no cancellation fees or penalties. Just use the link in your email or customer account to cancel before your next billing cycle.

7. Are subscription discounts available?
Yes! Many products offer a “Subscribe & Save” discount. This 10% savings will be automatically applied when you select a subscription option.
