Boluoke is a an oral fibrinolytic enzyme derived from earthworm protein extract, standardized to 300,000 LK units (20 mg per capsule). It supports a healthier blood state by promoting balanced coagulation and fibrinolysis, helping reduce fibrinogen and fibrin without affecting INR, making it compatible with blood-thinning protocols .

Directions
Take bouluke on an empty stomach (at least 30–60 minutes before or two hours after eating):

Maintenance (chronic use): 1 capsule, 1–3 times daily

Acute or severe hypoperfusion: Up to 2 capsules, 3 times daily for 3–6 weeks

Pediatric guideline: ~1 capsule per 8 kg body weight daily
Capsule contents can be emptied and taken as powder on an empty stomach if needed, though original capsule form is preferred due to enteric coating.
