E-lyte Balanced Electrolyte Concentrate – 16 oz

To dilute, mix 8 oz. in 1 gallon water or milk (3 capfuls per glass). Drink an 8 oz. glass of solution twice daily or as directed by a physician. Pour 2-3 capfuls of concentrate into cooked soups, broth, pastas and stews or in any food normally salted. Avoid mixing E-lyte in sugar-based liquids and juices.
