EC3 Enzyme Cleaner is a powerful, enzyme-based concentrate formulated to enzymatically break down organic messes, including grease, urine, mold spores, stains, biofilms, and lingering odors. Free from harsh chemicals, dyes, or artificial fragrances, it’s safe, eco-friendly, biodegradable.

  • Proprietary citrus seed extracts (mold/mycotoxin‑targeting)

  • Lemon oil & mint oil

  • Polysorbate

Suggested Use

Purpose Method
Daily cleaning (floors, counters, bathrooms) Mix 4–8 oz per gallon of warm water. Clean as usual.
Stain treatment (urine, wine, food spills) Apply full-strength, let sit 5 min; blot or brush. Stubborn stains? Reapply, soak ≈1 hr, then rinse
Laundry pretreatment Saturate stains with concentrate, wait 5 min, launder.
Drain & septic care Pour full-strength directly down drain or into septic system.
  • Pro tip: Use warm water (up to 130 °F) to activate enzymes fully.

  • Not for internal use - avoid ingestion
